Position: Senior Learning and Development Manager

What will you do:
AI fluency and adoption- Leading the evolution of AIQ, Ripple's artificial intelligence literacy program, from its current basic self-paced experience to a comprehensive, multi-format learning ecosystem.
- Run live AI demos, host workshops, and provide a visible, trusted voice for real-life AI use.
- Use Claude and other AI solutions to build AI-driven tools and experiences that solve real-world performance and career development problems.
- Develop AI builds to advance your learning and development capabilities and tools, including our personal development plans, AI coaching, and more.
- Support hackathons and innovation events; Be one of the first places people go to understand what AI can actually do for their jobs.
Communication Learning and Culture Framework- Develop strategies to embed the Real Colors framework into core initiatives, manager conversations, and onboarding experiences to make it a true cultural pillar at Ripple.
- Ensure Ripple's values are centered around our company-wide initiatives and drive cohesion across multiple business lines globally.
- Promote understanding of the Ripple product line across the organization and discover where product training can help align business units and advance the One Ripple mission.
- Champion Ripple's learning ecosystem ranges from professional development stipends to platforms like LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, O'Reilly, and more.
Assistance, on-site and coaching- Manage the team's intake and triage process for on-site requests. You won’t make everything happen, but you will have processes and quality standards.
- Work with the Learning and Development team to design and deliver experiences that improve performance, build strong trust and relationships, and get work done.
- Facilitate in-person and virtual meetings at all levels by making a presence that people want to stay in the room with.
- You will coach individuals and leaders in one-on-one or small group settings to help better understand their needs and deploy solutions to support their growth and performance.
corporate capability strategy- Partner with the Director of Learning and Development, HRBP and business leaders to identify company-wide skills gaps and design solutions that drive growth.
- Conduct needs analysis, develop learning strategies, and communicate plans clearly and firmly to senior leadership.
- Build clean, actionable and real-world support resources, workshops, Confluence pages, Rise modules.
What you will bring:
- 6+ years' experience in Learning and Development, Support or a closely related field - experience operating at a strategic level, not just delivering projects.
- Demonstrated AI practitioner experience: You’ve built tools, automated workflows, or designed AI-driven experiences—not just using AI as a shortcut to productivity.
- Proven facilitation and coaching skills in person and virtually with diverse audiences including executives, engineers, and global teams.
- Experience conducting needs analysis and translating results into learning strategies that are presented to and supported by senior leadership.
- Comfort with data: Use it to build cases, identify gaps, and decide what to keep, change, or retire.
- Experience using Articulate Rise, Confluence or equivalent tools is preferred.
- People management experience preferred; It adds credibility when working with leaders and managers at all levels.
For positions located in California, the annual salary range for this position is as follows. Actual salaries may vary based on a variety of factors, including the individual applicant's experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions.
Salary range
$184,000— $205,000
