Ripple has further enhanced its cryptocurrency custody capabilities with the acquisition of UK digital asset wallet and custody company Palisade. Founded in 2022, Palisade's lightweight "wallet-as-a-service" technology combines multi-party computation (MPC) and zero-trust architecture, and has the advantages of fast wallet configuration, multi-chain support and DeFi integration. This acquisition enables Ripple to serve a wider range of customer groups and application scenarios, catering to users who require out-of-the-box solutions that are particularly suitable for high-frequency transactions, fund deposits and withdrawals, and payments. RipplePresident Monica Long said: “Enterprises are about to lead the next wave of cryptocurrency adoption, and they need partners who are trustworthy, have legal qualifications and have out-of-the-box functionality.
